Welcome to the Alpha-Phonics Blog!

There is no doubt that being “connected” is important to most of us these days, whether we are trying to communicate with others, educate ourselves and our children, or simply trying to make a living.  We here at the Paradigm Company have seen how homeschoolers and other parents are leaving no stone unturned in their effort to provide a superior education to their children, and we are mightily impressed at the level of competency and expertise they exhibit in this effort.  Blogging has become a mainstay of this community of parents and teachers and as such plays an important and influential role in helping us all do our best by our children.

Nor is it lost on the people at Paradigm, publishers of Alpha-Phonics and many other fine teaching aids, that our success depends on your success and of course, that of your children.  When I mentioned  “our” children above I guess I’m really saying “all” children.  We know that our world (my world!) depends on how well you educate your children, how well you prepare them for the world that awaits them.  If you are a parent, we want and need you to be the best educator you can be!

And that’s why we are so enthusiastic about the Alpha-Phonics system of reading instruction.  It works!   It is simple, effective, and very inexpensive.  There is no greater preparation in life for a child than to learn to read, and we believe that kids will naturally love to read for the rest of their lives if they learn the right way.  You and I know the treasures and wonders they will discover!

Please include us in your “loop” when it comes to your experiences with teaching reading, especially with Alpha-Phonics.  We want your input and we want to share your experience with other parents and teacher who can profit from it.  You may have heard us say this before: our mission is to help kids learn to read!  We want to make this blog a valuable resource for the community and your suggestions are welcome and appreciated, so don’t hold back!

We are also connected through Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest so let’s link up through these media too!
